Services

Full Event Planning

  • All items in the Moderate Planning package plus:
  • Review and negotiate vendor proposals
  • Schedule and attend 10 vendor meetings

Moderate Planning

  • All items in the Month of Coordinator package plus:
  • Unlimited communication upon contract execution
  • Pre-planning of specified events
  • Recommend, assist in booking, and provide input on vendors
  • Payment management and ongoing communication with vendors
  • Schedule and attend five vendor meetings
  • Wedding checklist

Month of Coordinator

  • All items in the Day of Coordinator package plus:
  • Unlimited communication six weeks prior to the Event
  • Two meetings with the Client prior to the Event
  • 30-day site visit
  • Conduct religious ceremony rehearsal
  • Collect personal items of the bride and groom

Day of Coordinator

  • Begin the planning and coordination process four weeks prior to the Event date
  • Unlimited communication four weeks prior to the Event
  • Collect all vendor contracts from the Client and inform them of Chic
  • Affairs & Events services
  • 30-day site visit
  • Timeline creation and execution
  • Day of Event management, troubleshooting, and coordination
  • Ensure vendors are on time and conducting agreed services
  • Collect personal items of the bride and groom
  • Ensure leftover food from the Event is packaged and stored appropriately
  • Ensure proper cleanup and tear down of the Event venue
  • Day of Coordinator and assistants will provide the services for ten hours in total

A La Carte Add-Ons

  • Vendor referrals
  • Seating chart design, creation, & delivery
  • Neon sign design, creation, & delivery (client will keep after event)
  • Payment management of vendors
  • Wedding Checklist
  • Welcome sign design, creation, & delivery
  • Dessert table (cookies, cake, macaroons, cupcakes, etc. design, creation, & delivery
  • Photo back drop op, design, creation, & delivery
  • Bridal Shower décor, design, creation, & delivery
  • Honeymoon planning & booking
  • Bachelor/bachelorette planning, decorating, & execution
  • Clothing/shoe design, order, & delivery (bride, groom, parents, siblings, bridal party, guests, etc.)
  • Confetti, cold sparklers, or sparkler exit (if allowed by venue)
  • Fireworks (if allowed by venue)
  • Wedding program design
  • Floral bouquet design, creation, & delivery
  • Party favor design, creation, order, & delivery
  • Babysitter/dog sitter services
  • Thank you/welcome bag design, creation, order, & delivery
